01

The loop

A match is 40 blocks of 4.00 seconds — 3 minutes and change. 2 to 6 nodes share one board. Whoever has banked the most FLUX when the last block seals wins; ties break on integrity, then on lifetime extraction.

Ordering

When a block seals, its transactions are sorted by priority fee, highest first. Ties break on submission time, earliest first — and bumping your fee re-stamps that clock, so matching someone’s fee never beats them. Nothing else influences the order: not latency, not who clicked first, not who is winning.

Execution is sequential, so a transaction can only affect transactions that come after it. That single consequence is where every play in this game comes from — to censor something, you must first outbid it.

Instruction set

Extract

BASE 12 GAS · NO TARGET

Removes up to 22 FLUX from the vault you occupy at execution time. If the vault is empty the transaction reverts.

Jump

BASE 8 GAS · TARGETS VAULT

Relocates your node to any vault on the board. It cannot revert, which makes it the only guaranteed escape from an inbound strike.

Strike

BASE 18 GAS · TARGETS VAULT

Deals 26 integrity to every rival occupying the target vault at execution time. If nobody is standing there, it reverts.

Shield

BASE 14 GAS · NO TARGET

Absorbs the next 42 damage taken this block and reflects 25% of what it absorbs back at the attacker. Expires when the block seals.

Spoof

BASE 6 GAS · NO TARGET

Enters the mempool disguised as a different transaction with a plausible target. On execution it does nothing and refunds 60% of base. Only you know it is a decoy.

Censor

BASE 24 GAS · TARGETS TX

Drops a specific pending transaction, provided your fee places you ahead of it. The victim is refunded nothing. If the target already executed, or was withdrawn, your censor reverts.

04

Economy

Gas is the only thing you can run out of, and it is the only thing that buys ordering. A block where you bid nothing is a block you conceded; a block where you bid everything is two blocks you cannot contest.

FLUX does not appear evenly. Each block the sequencer charges a seam of 3 vaults and lets every other vault leak. The schedule comes from the match seed, so the board marks the next seam a full block before it lands — everyone sees it, everyone can move, and the only question is who is willing to pay for the right to be standing there first.

Liquidation is the game’s catch-up mechanic and its cruellest moment. Drop to zero integrity and 45% of everything you have banked pours into the vault under your feet — publicly, in the same block, while you are offline and being relocated. The player who struck you rarely gets to keep it.

Ordering plays

Front-run

Match an opponent's action and outbid it. Common on a contested extraction: the vault empties for whoever executes first, and the loser's transaction reverts into a hole.

Dodge

A strike resolves against whoever occupies the vault at execution time. Jump out at a higher fee and it lands on nothing — but that was your whole turn, and they still have theirs.

Censor

Point at a specific transaction and outbid it. It never executes and its sender is refunded nothing. The risk is symmetrical: they can bump past you in the bid window and your censor reverts.

Decoy

A spoof wears another transaction's face. Bait a censor into spending 24 base plus fee to delete six gas worth of nothing — and let the whole table see them do it.

Fee starvation

Force repeated bidding wars over vaults you do not actually need. Every unit they burn outbidding you is a unit they cannot spend on the block that matters.

Sandbagging

Broadcast early at a low fee and hold your gas. The bid window is long enough to climb from last place to first — and by then nobody can add a counter-transaction.

Season & rewards

Season S1 is running. Ranked results move your rating and write Season Points to an append-only ledger keyed to your account; each row records the match, placement, FLUX and rating change that produced it, so any balance can be reconstructed line by line.

Season Points are an in-game score. If and when $PEND launches, the distribution snapshot reads this ledger together with the wallet address you bound — and the conversion is published before it runs. Binding a wallet is a signature only: it moves no funds, grants no approval and costs no gas.

Season Points have no cash value and no redemption right. Nothing on this site is an offer of a security or an invitation to invest, and nothing on it is financial advice. Any distribution is discretionary and subject to eligibility and applicable law.
